Good location to the city centre and beach, nice kitchen. We had top floor apartment, it was quiet room but there was little bit warm without air condition.
There is only 6 parking spaces for 8 apartments. So sometimes is difficult to leave the parking lot because other cars block the drive way.

Location is great. 5 minutes by walk to the beach (gate 33). Modern and well equipped apartment. There are dishwashing and washing machines, good furniture.
Wi-fi connection doesn’t work well. Dirty water drainage problem in the shower place. Parking is really small and sometimes is difficult to go out.

Nice place near the sea
Apartments were clean and spacious.
Wifi was not in all rooms and very slow.
Ordered with child cot but it was not in the room (so we decided to sleep with baby in one bed).
Trash boxes outside the building was always too full.
Unexpected payment before leaving. Resort fee was included in paid price but it appeared that we had to pay more. After a few days communication with booking we received paid resort fee for them and I had to pay directly to the apartment owner. So final price was more than expected.

Decent stay
Spacious apartment, close to the beaches and a train station. A bus station is right in front of the building. Also the building is quite new and it has a parking on premises.
wifi was kind of bad. Usually in the bedroom there was no signal and even when it was it was kind of a poor connection.
there was water pouring down through the shower.
the apartment is pet friendly which is nice but there was a lot of hair on the couch.

Excellent, would use again
Only thing to improve is that there could have been clear instructions how to get in the propety allready after booking. And instructions how to use the washing machine and dishwasher. But these are minor complaints to otherwise brilliant accommodation

Location not far from shops and beach. Parking spot. Comfortable sofa and bed.
Dust on the floor when entering first day. Waterboiler looses its buttom and is full of calc. Smell of fungus in bathtoom. Wet pillows for garden chairs.

Mieszkanie (apartament 1) świetnie wyposażone, widać że nie "po taniości". Było wszystko w odpowiedniej ilości (ręczniki, papier toaletowy, kostki do zmywarki, płyn do naczyń, mydło do rąk...). Bardzo wygodne łóżko i kanapa, ciepłe kołdry. W mieszkaniu ciepło i czysto. Kontakt z firmą zarządzającą bez zastrzeżeń. Miejsca parkingowe dla kilku samochodów na terenie posesji.

Lokalizacja, przytulny apartament a w nim ciepło i wszystko co potrzeba by spojnie spedzić kilka dni :-) nawet w srodku mrozniej i snieznej zimy.... W pelni wyposazona kuchnia, czysta, pachnaca posciel, blisko morze.... to mój ulubiony sposób na spędzenie urlopu...
Brak zamawiania pogody na zyczenie?.... Żartowałem :-) Nic nie trzeba poprawiać! Trzymajcie ten poziom standardu tak dalej!

Komfortowe i przyjemne miejsce na suchą pogodę i krótki pobyt. Warunkiem pełnego komfortu są cisi lokatorzy.
Świetna lokalizacja, nowy, zadbany budynek, świątecznie ozdobiony i z pięknymi zdjęciami Sopotu na ścianach. Apartament przestronny, meble nowe, wygodne łóżko, ekspres do kawy, toster, pralka i zmywarka, indukcja.
Ekspres był zakamieniony, co znacznie utrudniało zrobienie kawy, panie sprzątające nie sprzątały przedsionków prowadzących do pokojów, jedynie główny korytarz. W szafie owszem było wiadro i kij do mopa, ale wkładu do mycia już nie było. Podłogę trzeba było wycierać papierowymi ręcznikami. Na zimową aurę, w trakcie której byliśmy w Sopocie, przydałoby się więcej szmat/wycieraczek, żeby ograniczyć wnoszenie do środka wody z piaskiem z traperowych podeszw. Buty ściągaliśmy w przedsionku, który z kolei był nie sprzątany. Nie było to komfortowe. Nie było też drugiej karty do drzwi, co utrudniało wychodzenie z mieszkania pojedynczo, bo osoba pozostająca na miejscu zostawała bez prądu. Kod do furtki i na klatkę schodową raz działał, raz nie.
Ściany budynku są słabo wygłuszone. Głośni lokatorzy skutecznie zabierają poczucie odpoczynku i komfortu.

Bardzo polecam ten apartament.
Bardzo czysto, pachnąco. Dużo zieleni wkoło budynku. Blisko do morza. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony w podstawowe rzeczy. Byliśmy zimą, również plus za bardzo ciepłe pomieszczenia.
Wszystko było okej. Jedynie trzeba doczytać, że parking jest w cenie ale trzeba go zarezerwować. Na szczęście, znalazło się dla nas miejsce postojowe. Więc nie było żadnego problemu.

Nasz kolejny pobyt, świetna lokalizacja i fajny apartament. Cicha okolica, blisko park dla psów, 12 min spacerkiem na plażę. Polecam.
Wewnętrzne miejsca parkingowe są szczupłe i jak ktoś ma a'la SUV to wciąga brzuch przy wsiadaniu. Ale trudno, taki urok tego miejsca. Warto pomyśleć o płatnej ładowarce do EV.

Nie polecam, więcej nerwów niż odpoczynku.
Przede wszystkim - lokalizacja. Kanapa i sam materac w łóżku był wygodny. Miejsca parkingowe za bramą na plus.
Nie otrzymałam żadnych wskazówek do tego jak wejść do obiektu. Otrzymany kod był niepełny, bo brakowało w nim znaku który trzeba dodatkowo wpisać aby zatwierdzić kod. Przez co o godzinie 1:30 stałam pod budynkiem i walczyłam z kodem przez 15min. Nikt nie odbierał telefonu z obiektu. Dodatkowo pytając się o parking otrzymałam informację, że można dowolnie stanąć, okej, fajnie, ale nikt nie poinformował mnie, że ta dowolność jest za bramą z kodem. Przez brak instrukcji zaparkowałam kawałek od obiektu. Dodatkowo po wejściu do apartamentu, w momencie wejścia pod prysznic, wyleciała pod ciśnieniem cała bateria ze słuchawką od prysznica. Przez co miałam ogromnie utrudnione wzięcie prysznica. Gdy kolejnego dnia próbowałam się kontaktować z obiektem, nikt nie odebierał, po czym jak napisałam sms, nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi. Po ponownym zadzwonieniu na inny numer, otrzymałam informację, że nikt sie nie zajmię dzisiaj tym prysznicem i nie otrzymałam żadnej dodatkowej pomocy. Po kolejnym kontakcie stanowczo poprosiłam o zmianę apartamentu, ze względu na uniemożliwione użytkowanie. Na plus, że apartament został mi zmieniony. Dodatkowym, dla mnie ogromnym minusem, było to, że na łóżku była wyłożona pod spodem cerata, przez którą okropnie się pociłam w nocy. Wiem, że istnieją wodoodporne prześcieradła na materace i są one też dostępne w dobrej jakości i nie powodują pocenia się, jednak ta 'cerata' nie dość że hałasowała to powodowała okropne pocenie się, przez co się wybudzałam. Warto też wspomnieć, że 'apartamenty' to tak naprawdę za każdym razem jest to mieszkanie podzielone karton gipsem na pół. Przez co, słyszałam sąsiadów obok jakby siedzieli dosłownie obok mnie. Mało komfortowe, jeśli ceni ktoś swoją przestrzeń i intymność.
