Sopot jest super, a Sopocianie bardzo mili.
Słaba komunikacja z właścicielem. Przesyła swoje automatyczne komunikaty, ale wiadomości od klienta ignoruje. Nie jest to żaden apartament, tylko zwykłe mieszkanie w starym bloku, dawno nieremontowane. Mieszkanie nie nadaje się dla rodziny z małym dzieckiem. Wysokie 3 piętro, brak windy. Wnoszenie i znoszenie wózka codziennie stanowi duży problemem. Niestety nie zostaliśmy ostrzeżeni, ale za to dostaliśmy obietnicę dostawienia krzesełka so karmienia. Którego nie dostaliśmy. Pouczono nas o konieczności segregowania śmieci, ale za to nie dostaliśmy klucza do śmietnika. Dotarł do nas dopiero przedostatniego dnia wyjazdu, a tak smieci niestety zalegały nam w kuchni przez prawie cały wyjazd. Łazienka źle zaprojektowana. Drzwi prysznicowe się nie domykają, co mycie pół podłogi zalanej. Ślisko. Niebezpiecznie. Do plaży jest bardziej kwadrans niż 8 minut. Na balkonie gniazduje na stałe gołąb.
