This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
No detail has been overlooked in Colonnades 1202 with stylishly upscale furnishings designed for a comfortable departure from the mundane. Step through the sliding glass doors to enjoy the 30 foot balcony serving up majestic views of the Gulf. Each of the 3 bedrooms offers a TV and DVD player and has its own private bath. The large living room is equipped with a wet bar and ice maker as well as a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Tired of dining out? No problem. Cooking will be a treat in this gourmet kitchen any pampered chef can appreciate.
When you are ready to retire for the evening relax in this primary suite with King bed Jacuzzi tub stand-up shower and balcony access or choose from the 2 other Guest rooms each offering queen beds.

Parking is limited to 2 cars. Located conveniently in the heart of Gulf Shores Monthly rentals January to March 1. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

This condo was so pretty, great amenities and excellent location. The welcome starter kits were so nice to have when we arrived. The only advice I would give is go out before 6:30 a.m. to pick a nice spot if you plan on staying on the beach a lot, the chair rental company will take up all available space with unrented chairs! But that is no fault of the condo unit. Excellent stay. 100% recommend.

I tend to be a bit of a skeptic/cynic which usually tempers expectations for things like vacation rentals. I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that the pictures for the property didn't really do the unit justice. Much roomier than expected. While there was a little wear and tear, for a vacation spot it was really good. The security staff person we interacted with was also super friendly. All in all, I would definitely rent again!

Nice location a little excluded at the end but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurant's. A little inconvenient with only one elevator but we managed.

Great location! BUT: carpets old and filthy; bath, hand towels furnished thin and cheap; ice maker in the bar area extremely loud; water pressure in kitchen horrible; balcony furniture rusted therefore, extremely wobbly; need new photos on website: unit not as nice as pictures plus some chairs missing that I depended on for family gathering. Will not book this unit or any at the Colonnades again. ( Our friends booked another condo in the building that had broken beds, oven didn’t work and toilets ran constantly!)
