This condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, boasting a plush King bed and a private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer two Twin beds, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.
The heart of the condo, the fully equipped kitchen, is a chef's delight with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, inviting guests to prepare and enjoy meals together. The living area is a welcoming space for gathering and relaxation, complete with free WiFi to keep everyone connected.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November and December. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The view was absolutely spectacular! The condo was nice, but for a 4-bedroom unit we were only allowed ONE parking pass. Additional parking passes were 70.00, plus tax, resulting in a whopping 80 additional charge per pass. It felt sneaky, when most places give at least 2 (especially on a 4BR). We had an issue with palmetto bugs in the kitchen. Pest control was sent in to spray.The condo had no blankets or throws, either, so if you have chilly evenings like we did, you should bring a couple. The recliner was broken. Overall, the condo was good. Very spacious. The view alone was worth any issues. Just be aware of the parking pass situation.

We had an issue with the thermostat automatically resetting after a period of time.Also, while loading the car to leave at 8:30 am the door code reset and we were locked out.
