About this apartment rental

This recently built apartment with modern lines is located in one of Vilamoura's best private condominiums, surrounded by golf courses such as Millennium Dom Pedro Golf, Laguna Golf and Victoria Golf, famous field where it is disputed annually the Master. A 10 minute walk is enough to get to any of these beautiful golf courses.
Neat decoration, furniture and high quality equipment. This beautiful apartment has everything you need for our guests to spend an excellent stay.
The front door opens directly to the main room of the apartment: the living / dining room. The large glazed windows make this room very sunny and pleasant. A large sofa bed very comfortable allows sleeping 2 people.
On the private deck, the garden furniture invites to outdoor meals and moments of relaxation while listening to the singing of birds, many in this privileged area of Vilamoura, overlooking the well maintained gardens of the residence
To the left of the living room is the kitchen of the apartment extremely functional. Nothing is missing. Our guests will find everything that is needed to prepare excellent meals.
Another door, opposite the entrance, opens to a toilet on the right and left of the spacious bedroom of the apartment and its beautiful private bathroom.
The bedroom is very bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Its private bathroom is spacious and a large window allowing plenty of natural light is a plus.
This house is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV and wifi. Solar panels provide hot water for our guests.
We put at the disposal of our guests two parking spaces in a private garage with direct access from inside the building.
The residence is extremely quiet and well maintained. Its large, sunny and secure swimming pool is sure to please all residents. In addition, the residence has a private surveillance 24h / 24h.
The beaches in this area are some of the most beautiful in the Algarve and our guests can easily access the beautiful beach of Falésia which is very close

In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 12pm. A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm.
After 11pm service charge of 50 euros.

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay.

This property is independently managed and does not have a permanent service or reception as in hotels. In order to always offer all guests a primordial and unparalleled service, possible additional services that are not included may have an added fee of 30 to 150 euros corresponding to operating costs. Additional services (but not limited to) are:
. Open doors (When key lost or forgotten keys inside the property).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products
. Repairs, maintenance and installation of equipments (by negligence)
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.


From November to March (inclusive) long-term rentals (min. 28 nights) are available at a special price. Contact us for more information!

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Loulé municipal tourist tax. The value of the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 (two euros) per person. Between November 1st and March 31st (low season) a 50% reduction will be applied to the base value of the municipal tourist tax, that is, it will be €1.00 (one euro).
The municipal tourist tax is payable per night for all guests aged 16 (sixteen) years or over, who stay for a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights, per person.

Beautiful area and property ideal for a relaxing holiday. The property was lovey and clean with everything we could of asked for. Only one thing i would say is that the checking in experience could have been made alot less complicated, what i mean is that no info was passed on how check-in and i had to contact the host directly to explain the process.

Nous avons séjourné près d'un mois dans ce magnifique appartement et nous comptons revenir l'an prochain. L'accueil de Vanda a été super. Elle nous a tout montré et tout expliqué dans le détail. L'appartement est absolument fabuleux. Très belle décoration, mobilier d'excellente qualité, électroménagers top. Rien ne manque. Vu l'époque de l'année nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine de la résidence mais par contre nous avons souvent petit déjeuné et déjeuné à l'extérieur. La résidence est magnifique, très bien entretenue avec sécurité 24h/24h. Vanda est une hôte très disponible, toujours prête pour aider ses invités. Le fait qu'elle parle parfaitement français nous a beaucoup sécurisé. Nous recommandons ce magnifique appartement il en va de soi.
