A reserva eram para cinco adultos e só deixaram toalhas para 4. Era preciso usar o sofá cama e não deixaram lençóis, apenas mantas extra nos outros quartos que como nem toda a gente usou deu para remediar. Processo de check in terrível, entre e-mail e mensagem do Whatsaap devemos ter recebidos as mesmas informações e pedidos algumas 10 vezes. De forma repetida. Ao fim de contas o check in era autónomo mas houve uma pressão insana para cumprir com a hora de chegada ao alojamento. Para entrar dizer entramos e fim… Por isso as comodidades tudo ok, serviço e check in, tenebroso.
