The cleanliness was excellent — when we arrived, we could smell a fresh breeze inside the apartment, and the location was very calm and in a great area

Maintenance could be improved, as there were a few things broken. I also didn’t understand why there is an extra €30 charge for check-in after 7 p.m., since access to the apartment is via a key box and code, so no person is needed to provide the key. It wasn’t our case, but it doesn’t make sense

Rustig gelegen en zeer goed bed. Fijn ieder zijn badkamer. Alles aanwezig voor onze maand verblijf zoals keukenspullen en wasmachine.

Slechte WIFI. Alleen in woonkamer. Volgens verhuurder is dit correct maar in beschrijving staat gehele accomodatie. Ligbedden waren tot op de draad versleten. Dit aangegeven...bedjes horen niet bij de accomodatie....maar staan wel op de foto. Vreemd maar uiteindelijk zijn ze toch vervangen. BBq is versleten, zit gat in.

Casa com todos os utensílios necessários, bem equipada e limpa. Espaçosa e iluminada . Área exterior ótima.

Do atendimento ao cliente. Péssimo. Querem ser modernos mas com tanta tecnologia só conseguiram que ficasse 1h na rua sem ninguém me atender o telemóvel à espera de instruções mais concretas. Para não dizer que a parte dos 30€ que tanto falam se chegarmos após às 19h era desnecessária porque a chave está numa box com código. Era só dar o código e a pessoa estava mais à vontade nos horários. Por isso atendimento Péssimo, o robot era o único que falava e mandou 30 mensagens iguais sem ajudar nada.

Sun loungers broken, bedroom patio doors don,t lock, splinters of broken glass on front patio, tiles needed sweeping, outside table needed cleaning, old food crumbs on it, kitchen area poor layout, hairs from previous occupants around the bathroom, double bed sheet didn’t fit, check out at 10:30 but cleaners waiting just outside at 10:15, felt pressurised,
