Great area, spoilt by the building works.
Building works in multiple places just outside the property. Road closures due to the skips and concrete lorries. At one point when sat on our balcony listening to the banging and crashing, a drone appeared by the balcony looking straight at us. We looked over to find 2 official looking men controlling it, unfortunately we could not converse as we do speak French. They very quickly landed the drone in a kart and disappeared. Hopefully we will not appear on U Tube.

Having to go to the agency office at set times to pick up keys. Also a lot of keys to manage and find our way in and out of the building.

Dinard hat uns sehr gefallen.
Der Wintergarten, die Terrasse, die Dusche und viel Raum.
Bett dürfte weicher sein. Die Garagenbox ist sehr schmal. Badetücher gegen Aufpreis, Bodentuch fehlte. Bettwäsche und Badetücher müssen bei Schlüsselrückgabe mit abgegeben werden.

Appartement superbe superbement bien placé où tout se fait à pieds.
L'appartement au 4ème étage avec ses nombreuses terrasses dont une sous une véranda cathédrale. La proximité du centre ville, du chemin des douaniers et des plages Les équipements de l'appartement
La largeur du box en sous sol, impossible de garer une voiture style SUV ou moyennes, l'ouverture est de 2.18m donc il faut un cabriolet pour sortir par le toit. De plus, tout le quartier est en zone bleu. Il ne manque quelques petites fournitures très utiles et pas onéreuses comme : . Tapis de bain . PQ de qualité . Torchons . Plusieurs sacs poubelle car un seul était fourni . Table basse un peu plus grande
