About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this 50 m² apartment for rent in the heart of Dinard, 100 metres from Écluse beach. Located on the 5th floor of a quiet and secure residence (with lift).
It offers unobstructed views over the rooftops of Dinard. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A lounge area with an armchair, a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV - A dining area - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: a Nespresso pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, etc.
- A separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200), equipped with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. Please note that there is no space to walk around the bed on either side. - A bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, etc.
- A balcony to enjoy sunny days The L'Opalin apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the centre of Dinard, just 150 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. The Place des Halles, home to Dinard's wonderful market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 5-minute walk away.
Although located in the very centre, the accommodation is quiet because the living room balcony (5th floor) faces the other side of the street, which means you won't be bothered by any potential noise pollution due to the central location. Transport: For a peaceful stay, this flat comes with a private enclosed parking space in the basement.
Good to know about the private parking: The garage is not accessible for vehicles over 1.85 metres in height, as the beam in the garage entrance is 1.90 metres high. Nearest station: Saint-Malo station (16 km) Nearest airport: Rennes airport (80 km)

L'Opalin The location was wonderful, within few minutes of walk to the beach and many restaurants/cafe. Nice view overlooking the town and some sea view from bathroom window. it has also a private parking that is a great deal as many in Dinard does not offer. there are also materials that our kids enjoyed playing while we were indoor.

bel appartement avec vue dégagée sur les toits de la ville, et une vue réduite sur l' océan depuis la salle de bain. le seul bémol est l espace autour du lit qui très réduit, ce qui peut gêner certaines personnes (si âgées par exemple).
sinon calme propre et avec une agence de gestion très disponible

L'appartement est propre, lumineux, bien équipé et très bien situé proche plages, commerces, halles, marché. Le + du logement, le garage car c'est compliqué de stationner dans ce quartier de Dinard.
