Work on the building’s façade will take place from September 2026 to March 2027. During this period, there may be visual disruption (scaffolding) and noise disturbance, with workers likely to be on site during the day from Monday to Friday. For further information, please contact us.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market 3 times a week just 200m away...
The Ecluse beach is just 400m away.
