Proximité centre ville (20 mn à pied du centre ville) - tous commerces à 5 mn - le voisinage - la fonctionnalité du studio (beaucoup de rangements) - l'équipement (lave-linge - fer et planche à repasser...) - la grande terrasse (avec 2 tables et 4 chaises) - la vue sur mer - le calme
La saleté des étagères en hauteur - de la balustrade de la terrasse - l'encrassement et l'entartrage de la cuve WC

The views from the terrace are awesome. The apartment was very nice and pleasant. The location is perfect and quiet, without any noise .I would recommend it 100%!

Croisette is a very nice area. It's a bit further from the Plage du Midi beach (about an hour by foot), which we prefferred to Long Beach (about 20 minutes by foot). The apartment is small but just enough space for a couple. The balcony is perfect.
The bed is very uncomfortable, you can sleep over few nights, but if you plan your honey moon, it would be a nightmare ;). The bed linen seemed to be a bit fatigued and not perfectly clean. Also extra payment for bed linen, towels, wi-fi looks fiddle-faddle.

A tiny, no-frills apartment that I was overjoyed to find during the Cannes Film Festival, a murderously difficult time of year to stay in Cannes. The price was OK, but the property was quite far from the center and, weirdly enough, they don't provide the exact address until you make the booking, a airbnb-type practice that booking.com really should crack down on. On the bright side, the balcony is wonderful!
The couch bed is really pretty uncomfortable and there's barely room to move around when it's folded-out
