Le Concorde SCLS - Wifi, Clim

Very nice location - shops around, close proximity to the beach, easy routes any direction, underground parking as well as free parking on the street. Everything corresponds to photos. Two beds able to accommodate up to 4 people. Tiny, but fully functional kitchen. Two air conditioners for comfort during the heat. Terrace with a tree and pigeon’s nest on it.

Lack of furniture to keep the stuff, clothes and daily things for the family. Noisy and deformed sofa bed at the living room. Cleaning of the apartment could have been better - plenty of dust on higher shelves, dirty table at the terrace. Limited supply of materials - no trash bags, few toilet paper rolls, lack of towels, limited number of kitchen stuff (knifes, glasses, etc.). Malfunctioning shade roof at the terrace with no option to extend it full length.

This is a really great place to stay in Cannes, about 10-15 minutes walk to the pedestrian streets. We choose it also for the private car parking space since we had a rented car. There is a Carrefour city shop like half a minute away, very convenient. The kitchen is small but works for some quick causal cooking and breakfast, the bathroom is fine, there is also a TV with fire stick. Internet worked, I think it's a Wifi hotspot for mobile.

Overall I was fully satisfied, nothing was a problem. The sofa bed is a bit less convenient than the other bed but it had fit us four.

J’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans cet appartement ! Spacieux, lumineux et très agréable — tout est décoré avec goût et bien pensé. L’endroit était parfaitement propre, avec tout le nécessaire : électroménager, vaisselle, linge propre, et le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien. Le quartier est calme et pratique : il y a des magasins, des cafés, des arrêts de bus et un parc à proximité. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réactif, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Un excellent choix, que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour — je me suis senti comme chez moi. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande vivement cet appartement ! 🌟

Location is really excellent. Close to the beach and a short walk to the centre, with a good supermarket nearby. This made it excellent value for money compare to other properties we looked at. The free parking was also very good (though note those with larger cars may struggle with the space in the underground parking lot).

A few things could be improved: - we requested a cot for our child. This was fine but was not supplied with a proper mattress (just a very uncomfortable foam covered base board) - so we had to use a spare duvet to make it soft enough to sleep on. The “duvet” provided was only a tiny, (slightly bigger than a tea towel) blanket, which was a bit odd - the tall thin storage unit by the bed really needs screwing to the wall. It’s pretty wobbly and therefore quite worrying when you have a toddler wandering around. - there were no wine glasses, only champagne flutes - this was a bit odd, given we were in the south of France! - the sofa in the lounge doubles as a bed (great) but it’s a bit worn out so the seat part is at an angle which makes you feel like you’re falling forward constantly while you are watching TV!
