The location is close to the slopes. Ski storage area is bright and spacious with good area to put boots on although not heated boot drying. The bunk bed room was bigger than expected with good view. There is a lift. Spacious living area and dining area. Check in was easy with key safe. Nice view to mountain.
You can’t control the heating for the apartment. It’s a communal system for the whole building and no control for each apartment. It was far too warm and uncomfortably hot for sleeping and no way to turn it down. On the plus side there was loads of hot water. There weren’t really any sharp knives or a chopping board. Surprised that there wasn’t a starter cleaning kit provided eg usually would expect a couple of dishwasher tablets, a cloth and washing up liquid. Mattress protectors could do with a clean which we discovered when we took the linen off at the end of our stay. The toilet is separate but the sink is in the shower room. The double bedroom has no window and is very small - only about 6 inches to squeeze round the end of the bed.

Quiet. Good value for money.
Comfortable sofas with a large living space to relax in.
Pull out bed in living room was much more comfortable than expected enabling a 3rd sleeping space.
Really close to getting on and off the Bollin ski run.
Great boot room.
Bathroom and toilet were separate- much more functional.
Kitchen was well stocked even though small. kettle, toaster, oven with 2 hobs and microwave with plenty of cooking utensils etc.
Out of hours handover was very simple- clear instructions from email to pick up the key and post back as were leaving early.
These are just comments to be aware of. Nothing to dislike for us.
Place is great and has facilities for 6 beds - bunks and another pullout bed in the other room. Pullout bed in living room. The double bedroom was small with very little space to walk around.
We were 3 adults- worked well. I think it would work for a family of up to 6, but would be a squash for 6 adults especially with only one shower and one toilet.
I think this is typical of French lets - no cleaning products, soap/washing liquid or dishwasher tablets.

Excellent location just off the pistes for pretty much ski in / ski out (2 min walk).
Ski lockers brilliant on ground floor. Very convenient.
Toilet was small and a bit smelly (we bought an air freshener for the next family!). The hobs were not big enough to cook for 5. Couldn’t fit two big saucepans on.
These were small points though. It was a good appartment and other than these points, it was perfect for what we needed as a family of 5.

Generous size, well equipped and maintained, excellent location, ski in 70m away. Sherpa and Ski shop close by, and local bus an elevator ride away. Quiet.
Sometimes smelly in stair well, which isn’t well aerated enough.
