Terrible arrival experience. Not great apartment.

Good location for mountain biking. Good shower.

Cold, just one electric heater so couldn't get room above 13c. Instructions for entry wrong, incomplete and frustrating. Took 2 Hours to get entry on arrival via calls to head office in prague. Keybox totally hidden. Appt smelled of dog. No washing up cloths, liquid. No extra toilet paper other than partially used roll. Tired building and flat despite recent splash of emulsion. I could continue...

Great short ski trip. Tignes is a great value ski resort. This appartment was in a great location.

Why do they never leave any toilet roll or washing up liquid in appartments for the next client? There must be items left over after each renter that could be reused.

Wasn't really warm enough even when all radiators were turned on max. Windows aren't properly sealed so bed next to one is not convenient.

great location, ski in-out, close to bars, restaurants and shops

The apartment is officially for 6 or 7 people, but that is actually very small for so many people, better to offer it for 4 or 5 people. Plus the foldable bunkbed is a bit hard.

Misunderstanding about rooms (there is one bedroom and one living room) but otherwise excellent!

Location was excellent 50m from getting on or off the snow. Close to ski shops and food shops and restaurants

The description was for two bedroom and a living room but it is actually one bedroom and a living room. The living room has a sofa bed and fold down bunk beds. Initially disappointed but it turned out ok. We were refunded some money for this misunderstanding which made it ok but I can see that the description is still misleading.

Excellent place for your snowboard/ski trip

The location is perfect - apartments are 5-7 minutes walk from all lifts/funiculare in Tignes Val Claret. Grocery shop is also 4 minutes away. Apartment is large enough, has all necessary facilities. Kitchen has everything (even fondue kit) but it's very small. Comportable process of key transfer - if you arrive late it's possible to pick up key from locker. Same if you leave earlier - keys can be left in a locker.

It was rather cold in the apartment, especially when it was windy weather. We had problems with Internet, and since we arrived on Saturday evening, the issue was fixed only on Monday. The beds' arrangement is not really comportable for 6 adult people - 3 beds in one separate room (1 single, 1 two-story bed); 1 sofa and 1 two-story folding bed in living room. 4 adults are okay for this apartment.

Could have been cleaned better prior to arrival. No kettle. Ok for 5 people but would be cramped for 7 people.
