Glamour Frida apartment

Przestrzeń, dużo miejsca. Ładny wystrój. Blisko centrum.

Stare okna, których otwieranie wymaga naprawy. Zbyt miękki materac, poduszki które są już zgniecione.

Апартаментът е голям, чист и на удобна локация. Има пералня, кафемашина и други, но само по една голяма кърпа и малка за лице. Само тънки завивки.

Платихме за апартамент с 2 тоалетни, а едната беше на терасата, без топла вода и отопление..тоест неизползваема на 5 градуса. Балконът е за непушачи, трябва да излизат навън пред входа.

The place is extremely well located. The apartment is roomy, clean, and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable. I believe it was a great value for money. The decor is certainly “out there,” but that did not bother me.

While I found the place great, I would suggest an improvement: to have better bedding and towels. It was cold and the covers were not heavy or large enough. Towels were also grossly insufficient and tiny. I managed to find an extra individual duvet in the closet, and this is what saved me. Otherwise, I could have gotten sick. I would also add a sponge and paper towels in the kitchen. There was no way to clean anything without putting it in the dishwasher.

The staff particularly Lucy was exceptional. I felt she truly cared. I arrived for the week but unfortunately caught a vomiting bug. By day 3 I was truly ill & frightened. I am disabled, British & unsure who to turn to for help. I tried my insurance, my GP in the UK, I rang the emergency numbers & even read all over the Internet sending messages asking for help. The last person I thought of was the messaging to the apartment help. Lucy answered within minutes with what I needed to do. I was in hospital half a hrs later in Prague. I was transferred to a specialist hospital and back to the apartment 2 days later. We even had a random power outage which messaging again received fantastic instructions on how to sort it ourselves if we felt confident to. My husband sorted in minutes. I was lucky to have 2 days of wandering around the beautiful Praha and a couple of lovely meals. Overall the apartment met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you again to the lovely Lucy. If her boss is reading this buy her flowers please as I can't! If you are the boss, please buy yourself some!!!

As I am disabled the stairs were much harder than anticipated but that is my fault not the description.
