* The host was wonderful and responded very quickly.
* The location is excellent.
* The apartment was clean, and everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details.
* The washing machine was very helpful during our stay, although we had to buy our own laundry detergent.
The apartment is good overall, but it clearly needs renovation.
* The mattress was uncomfortable — either worn out or too soft for me.
* The bathroom tiles are coming loose.
* One air conditioner did not work at all, and the other worked poorly.
* If the windows are open, it is noisy outside until late at night.

Top Lage. Gastgeber freundlich.
Fotos scheinen wirklich alt zu sein. Alles ist Chic von vor 20 Jahren. Möbel angestoßen, Nettzeug alt und muffelig. Matratzen alt und durchgelegen. Fenster schmutzig. Bad wirklich unhygienisch (Schimmel in Schränken, alles verkalkt, Deckentapete blättert ab, Whirlpool mit Haaren voll), überall liegen Sachen von Vormietern rum ( Eier und alte Sachen im Kühlschrank). LED und sonstige Technik wie Lichtschalter machen einen verrückt. Insgesamt keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Es bedarf dringend einer Renovierung.
