The staff was very nice and helpful; he really went all out to be sure we enjoyed our stay.
Needed more air conditioning and/or more fans. It was a heat wave all over Europe so I get that it was not normally this hot. But if they could have at least brought in a few fans, it would have helped a lot.

The host took his role very seriously and was thorough with all his instructions. There were plugs close to the bunk and my mattress was comfortable.
The location was too urban for my liking and a bit noisy from the street. The washing machine, kitchen area needed modernising and the corners needed ā thorough clean.
