Mixed. House and pool superb but did lack some risk items
Beautiful house and pool. Safe for dogs. Very charming and helpful host and family members
No washing machine, iron or ironing board. Found family members camping at bottom of garden rather intrusive. Although they were quiet,well behaved and helpful we all felt as though we were being looked upon

Very comfortable house with pool close to the famous Chauvet Cave, perfect for a small group
The house was nearly impossible to find but once we found it, it is new and sparkly clean the pool was much appreciated by the children on a hot day and the outdoor furniture was quite nice - They even left us with a bottle of local wine, which alas, we failed to drink. They did go above and beyond though when we lost the house key in the river and Stafan drove 2 hours out of his way to rescue us. We had a lot of help from the staff at the pizza restaurant down the street (they have more than pizza - it's a must visit)
We didn't have a voice connection on our phones and once we were given a phone number to contact the owners, e-mails went unanswered including the one where I said we don't have voice connection - oh and a half roll of toilet paper isn't enough for 5 people for 3 days. The kitchen is well stocked with pots plates etc but be sure to bring everything you need to cook - salt, pepper, oil. We were disappointed that Booking.com has a static map. A link to a Google map or similar - would have been most helpful. Also a phone number for Booking.com for emergencies.

Super séjour aux Coeurs Fidèle
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Véro & Steph. Les hôtes sont accueillants, disponibles et terriblement gentils ! Nous avons eu un petit souci de voiture, Véro & Stéph ont été très compréhensifs et n'ont pas hésité à nous apporter leur aide. La maison est très jolie et fonctionnelle, située à quelques minutes du centre-ville en voiture (ce qui permet le calme et la discrétion mais aussi le côté plus vivant en 5 minutes!) Merci pour ce séjour ! A très vite.
