About this villa rental
This beautiful and perfectly maintained villa is fully equipped (including a private pool, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and a gas grill) and is located on the peaceful Domaine "Les Rives d'Ardèche." It is the perfect base for an unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful regions of France.
Layout
This fully equipped villa is equipped with all modern amenities. The garden features two terraces at different levels, so you can choose between relaxing in the sun or enjoying the beautiful garden in the shade. The upper terrace features a heated private pool that can be covered with an electrically operated roll-up cover. On the lower level, there is a spacious dining table that seats 8 people, perfect for cozy dinners.
Inside, on the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room with sliding doors leading to the covered terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest conveniences (dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a ceramic cooktop). Of course, the villa has Wi-Fi (with coverage on the terraces) and the smart TV offers all Dutch-language channels.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, keeping it pleasantly cool on hot days. Thanks to its practical layout (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor), it’s an ideal vacation home for 2 families. The driveway has space for two cars.

Enjoy the many shared amenities at Domaine "Les Rives d'Ardèche." Next to the reception area is a large swimming pool with a separate children’s pool for general use. You’ll also find 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, 3 bocce courts, an outdoor ping-pong table, outdoor fitness equipment, a foosball table, and—for the little ones—a playground with a playhouse and seesaws. These facilities are located around the cozy reception area, where you can order a drink, a cup of coffee, an ice cream, or a snack during the high season. The Ardèche River is within walking distance of the villa, and you can reach the river via a staircase from the villa park.
The Surroundings
Discover the nearby village of Vallon Pont d’Arc, with its charming center that comes alive in the summer. Here you’ll find plenty of outdoor cafes, restaurants, and a lively market. Within walking distance of the vacation home, you’ll find a bakery, a small fruit market, a pizzeria, and several restaurants. Just a few minutes’ drive away, you’ll find a LIDL, an organic supermarket, an ice cream parlor, an Intermarché, and a large SuperU.
From your vacation home, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to see and do things; the surroundings are truly beautiful and located in one of the most scenic regions of France. In the Gorges de l’Ardèche, you’ll find the famous limestone arch bridge, the Pont d’Arc. The region also boasts several caves, such as the Aven d’Orgnac, the Grottes de Saint-Marcel, and the Chauvet Cave. This cave is 30,000 years old, making it the oldest cave in France. A visit to a local market is also highly recommended; there are several in the area every day.
