In this idyllic, 5-star villa, fully air-conditioned (minimum 7-night stay, Sunday to Sunday), everyone can find their own space and pace. The private heated pool quickly becomes the heart of the house, while the pool house with separate WC is perfect for darts and relaxing moments. On the 1600m² grounds, laughter rings out during a game of pétanque, a ping-pong match, or games designed for children, ensuring a holiday that brings all generations together. Days extend outdoors. The south-facing covered terrace invites you to enjoy sunny meals around the gas barbecue, while the second terrace to the north offers a cool respite, ideal for a nap in the hammock. Everything has been designed for your comfort, with a carport and dedicated bicycle storage. Inside, the villa reveals a warm and contemporary atmosphere where every detail has been carefully chosen. The spacious, air-conditioned living area, bathed in natural light, opens onto the pool and play areas. It includes a living room with a large wall-mounted TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A laundry room is also available. Here, everything is included so you can fully enjoy your stay. The beds are made upon your arrival, towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. All you have to do is unpack and relax. For babies, a small bathtub, a changing table, a high chair, and a playpen will be at your disposal. Just a few minutes away, the famous Pont d'Arc marks the entrance to the spectacular Ardèche Gorges, a must-see natural site to explore by canoe, on foot, or simply to admire. The lively and friendly village of Vallon Pont d'Arc is full of shops, summer markets, and restaurants. Nature lovers can venture onto the many hiking trails, while the more curious can discover exceptional sites such as the Chauvet 2 Cave, a fascinating replica of a cave adorned with prehistoric paintings and listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. For your information, the private swimming pool measures 8m x 4m x 1.5m and is treated with salt. Each room has air conditioning and mosquito nets.
