The apartment was clean and spacious, included a functional parking space, and communication via Viber was handled well. The host, Michael, was perfectly fine and okay to deal with. Our room faced the backyard, and it was quiet as long as the planes from the neighbouring airport were not taking off. Luckily, during the night, the planes do not arrive or take off in Corfu. Walking to the old city is possible, but I would not recommend it as there are few sidewalks and you need to share the narrow streets with impatient drivers.

Unlike our other stays on this trip, beach towels were not provided as a courtesy, so we had to purchase our own from the supermarket. The kitchen space was very small, making it quite difficult to prepare meals

First class coffee. When I became orientated I enjoyed the surroundings and the walk to Corfu town.

Few local shops. I was in the basement so didn't have access to a balcony.

The host was very accommodating as we arrived late at night due to a car rental issue. While this was a one night stay, everything was exactly as expected. It would be an excellent "basecamp" for an extended stay, as it was quite large and comfortable.

Not the property's fault, but finding it at night was difficult. The host was very helpful guiding us in.

We were looking for somewhere just to sleep before moving on the next day, so the apartment was ideal for us. Our host picked us up from the airport (for a charge) and explained everything fully before leaving. He also left some coffee, juice and snacks for us, which was appreciated.

We were in a basement, which was a shame, but I guess it was only somewhere to sleep, and the noise from the airport was quite loud and carried on until fairly late.
