Perfect place for a family to enjoy Corfu

At first there was one cat around, but they multiplied and gang of 4 cats was meowing by the door. We did not know what to do with such company :))

The house is very spacious and cozy, equipped with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner and his Mom are both very nice and polite. He provided us with all the information we needed. I forgot something at the accommodation and they did everything they could to send it back to me. Thanks a lot! I would recommend this house to everybody who wants to have a relaxed and comfortable holiday.

If we vist Corfu again, we will definitely stay at this house.

The owner was very kind and helpful, we were welcomed by his mother on the arrival. He responded quickly and we didn't have any issues with him. He also offers a shuttle from/to the airport and if you ask him, he can provide you with a car. If you book it, you will have the entire house for yourself. It is located near the port ~5 min, and on a walk distance ~25min is the old town (the new and old fortresses).

If you like your own space rather than being in a tourist hotel Eutuxia House is for you

Eutuxia House is a little difficult to find first time and especially at 11.30 pm but our host Dimitris was very helpful and personally guided us in. The location is excellent being quiet, secure and close to a good supermarket, two bakeries and easily walkable to the port and Kerkyra town. We loved the three external sitting areas even if it was a little early in the season for dining outside!

We do prefer baths to showers which was one of the reasons for choosing this house and a bath plug would have avoided us having to innovate! A couple of smaller saucepans would have helped as we do like to cook in sometimes. Also a microwave would have been useful but mostly the kitchen was user friendly.

Great time of year to visit

The host Dimitri was very kind and a pleasure to meet, nothing was too much trouble.The house has everything you could want from a holiday rental.The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to town, old town and main street but it also felt like we were in the countryside too. Thank you Dimitri to you and your family for our first but not last visit to Corfu !

Superb

Lovely house with two outdoor seating areas and furniture. Plenty of parking. Plenty of hot water. Location was great for us as we had a car. We sat out one night and enjoyed hundreds of fireflies in the gardens. Out just after dark.

Impossible to find the house as it is not at the address on Booking.com. Had to call owner and he came round and showed us to the property round in another street. It should be pointed out to prospective tenants that the two bedrooms are in series so you go through one to get to the other. Not perfect for all guests.

We had a pleasant stay.

Entire house by yourself. The owner welcomes you very warmly. Had a small chat, recommended some good places to eat etc.

Washing machine was poor. And that was the only thing which we didn't like.

Hi. The owner was very helpful. He took us from the airport , it was very late evening. He sent us useful links about Corfu Town. He agreed for leaving our luggage for few hours after we had checked out. He is a nice man who can advise you. The home has a lot of space, nice garden with a taras, big kitchen with the equipment you need and sofa with a TV . There's an air conditioning as well. 30 minutes walk to the old town, 25 minutes walk to the bus station. Very close to some shops , bakeries, place where you can buy pita or grilled meat, shop with good choice of wine, 10 minutes walk to supermarket, few minutes walk to bus stop so you can be very quickly in the centre and old town. We enjoyed stay in the house, our holiday time was brilliant. You can catch a green bus and visit really beautiful beaches around the island or just rent a car and be more independent . I recommend this house for future tenants.

Two terraces, beautiful garden, the house was clean and comfortable. The host welcomed us with smile and some cold water :)

The entrance to the main room is through the smaller room with 2 beds, this might be important to couples... ;)

Bonita casa con un amplio jardín

El porche y el jardín son una maravilla. Las camas cómodas y buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado (que fue muy necesario). Buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila de chalés como a 15 minutos andando del puerto y a media hora del centro histórico. No tuvimos que utilizar el coche en los tres días que estuvimos allí.
