The apartment is walking distance from the harbor (15 min). The hosts were really nice and welcoming. They left some juice and croissants for us for the following morning. The apartment was really clean, and had all equipment one would need (washing machine, microwave, etc. The apartment was spacious and bright. We only spent a night and it was fine.

The air conditioner is located under the door, not in the rooms. For us it worked fine but, for instance, in the room with bunk beds we only had a fan. The beds, specially the bunk beds, are not really comfortable. To go to the toilet one has to pass through the room with the double bed.

Super convenient, comfortable, aircon kept apartment cool. Location for port is totally perfect. Great comms from host Alexandra. Thanks!

Close to the port

AC in the hallway. Barely reaches the bedroom. 2nd bedroom only has a fan. Wifi went in/out. TV was unusable. Hand hold shower, faucet not mounted.

The location is excellent if you need to stay by the port. It is just a few steps from the domestic ferry terminal. It was clean and well equipped although we did not stay long enough to use anything other than the shower.

This is not an apartment in the usual sense. It is attached to the owners’ home and shares an entrance gate. We struggled to locate it, despite being helped by two separate (Greek) people who gave us contradictory information. This resulted in us walking for nearly two miles with heavy backpacks. Because it isn’t an official location, it’s not searchable on any map app. The address didn’t seem to help the locals much either. Some kind Greeks offered to call the owners for help on our behalf. Seemingly, we were supposed to rely on the owners spotting us from their garden which they didn’t succeed in doing because they were expecting us to arrive with a son rather than a daughter! This place comes with rules, such as turning off the air conditioner and flicking the hot water switch in the fuse box. No big deal though. It’s on a fairly undesirable road. Staying here felt a bit like visiting grandparents. However, for one night, with its proximity to the ferry, it served a purpose.
