The perfect place for the perfect holiday

This hotel-apartment has absolutely everything you could wish for a memorable stay in Corfu. The rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning. The facilities are complete, and Stavros has made sure to provide everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean and well soundproofed. The area is quiet and it’s very easy to reach the Old Town. There is street parking as well as private parking close to the hotel.

Truely unique appartment in Corfu

I don't know where to begin. I haven't had such a pleasant stay for while. The appartment has beautiful interior design. Very well equipped - everything you might need is there and even more. WiFi is fast and stable. TVs in living room and bedrooms with Netflix and local streaming services. Air conditioning is silent and works well. Flowers in the rooms and on the balcony. Welcome gifts and wine. Fridge was full of drinking water and contained small startup food package. Kitchen has everything for cooking - equipment and spices and more. There are even sun umbrellas for beach visit. Rooms are very clean and maintained. Everything is well thought and prepared for pleasant and convenient stay. Location is excellent - on the edge of city center. Close to old town, harbour, bus stations, crocery stores. Via new fortress is very easy to walk to old town. Location is good to get around Corfu by car. Though house is by one of the main roads of Corfu town the windows keep room very silent. And the host - Stavros. He needs special chapter. He is so helpful and supportive that I felt my family was like personally invited to Corfu by Stavros. He guided us where to go and what to visit etc. Big thanks to host Stavros. If I ever go back to Corfu I will stay at Stavros appartment.

It is the problem of Corfu town rather than the accommodation - car parking. There are just not enough parking places in Corfu town. In the evenings the parking places are full and you have to circulate around the streets to find spot or put it in paid parking lot near by which costs 7 € until 24:00 or 10 € until 8:00.

Highly recommended especially for families or friends traveling together

The apartment is in a great location, close to local shops and only a short walk to the main square and restaurants. It’s clean and comfortable and Stavros provided an good supply of water and the essential groceries as a welcome gift.

The closest decent place to swim is 25 minute walk away.

Good location, friendly host, and very confortable apartment.

Highly recommended. The property has been very nicely refurbished and great care clearly went into making sure all the facilities guest might need are available. The host is friendly/helpful (we were given a lot of information/suggestions), but also very serious about managing his property to a very high standard. I am quite mindful of cleanness due to having allergies, and the place was absolutely spotless. Also appreciated, we received some complimentary local products samples as well water and a little bit of fresh food supply in the fridge to get us started. Lastly, good location. Just outside the old town center (only a few hundred meters) and a few minutes walk from a local bus hub which has buses going to the airport (10 minutes ride).

Great host, big, comfortable, newly refurbished and perfectly clean apartment with great host.

The UniQApt is comfortable, in the central location (quiet, but close enough to pedestrian zone / 10 minutes), newly refurbished and perfectly clean, modern and styled to feel like home away from home. The big supermarket is very close down the street, and central vegetable and fish market of Corfu is also very close. The support of the host is more than excellent - Stavros answered all our questions right away, and try to help us about things beyond his duty as a host (e.g. to find us a boat to transfer us to Vido Island out of season (we have been there in January). If you want to cook, you will find good equipped and spacious kitchen, even with the basic stuff as oil, sugar, tea, coffee, spices... The big dining area, comfortable living room with balcony on the sunny side... and sleeping room (comfy beds) quiet to sleep well. We spent 7 days and felt great in UniQApt.

Stavros is the host with the most! He will answer any question for you about your stay in Corfu and the apartment has every modern feature that you desire. He even came to the airport with something that we had forgotten in the apartment just before we flew back home! The apartment is only 5-7 minutes' walk to the start of the Old Town and a few minutes' walk to San Rocco Square. Very close to the apartment is a Green bus stop that will take you to all destinations in northern Corfu, such as Paleokastritsa, Sidari and Kassiopi. It is also about 10 minutes' walk to the port. There is a nice bakery and supermarket in the near vicinity. Top marks!

Greek hospitality at its finest

Stavros is an amazing host who really made us feel at home. The flat was exceptionally comfortably and clean. The location was also very good - far enough from the city centre to be away from the traffic and nightlife noise, but close enough to be within walking distance of the main sights. It is also located in the more residential part of the city so you get a feel for what everyday life is like - far from the bustling touristy centre.

Ideal stay in Corfu!

This appartament is SUPER comfortable (beds, kitchen, sofas) and nice to stay (balcony, living room, airco). Walking distance to all main sites in Corfu city. Airport bus is 5 minutes away. Shops and restos are all around. Owner is very helpful and pleasant. Thanks a lot Stavros for all your help and advices. We give you 10/10 points ;-)

A perfect apartment in an excellent location

A superb apartment in the centre of Corfu town, a five minute walk to restaurants, shops including a large supermarket and an outdoor fish and veg market, bus station, car rental, the port and within easy walking distance of all the interesting town sites. Car parking on the roadside is free (we always found a space) or there is a car park beside the apartment at a cost of €3 per day. The owner Stavros met us at the apartment, made us a coffee, and showed us around, advising us we should contact him at any time and he would respond quickly - we did ask a couple of questions at different times and he responded helpfully and immediately. The apartment is on the first floor, very secure, beautifully appointed, and the attention to detail in the open plan living, eating and kitchen area was first class. Good lighting, aircon, insect nets at the windows, lovely furnishings etc. There was fruit, coffee, juice, a bottle of wine, than enough bottled water to last for our full week and many more included items. All the kitchen equipment worked perfectly and the sofas were substantial and very comfy, ideal for an afternoon siesta. The beds were comfy and the water for the shower was hot on demand. The balcony caught the afternoon and evening sun and was great to sit out on and people watch! The apartment would suit a family of 4 or two couples and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Stavros for a perfect stay in a really lovely Corfu apartment.

The best property ever on booking.

It is really the best place I have ever stayed in any hotel/room platform. I give 10 and it is the first 10 I have ever given in review. If I could I would give more points. The house is fully equipped with everything you would ever think that you may need. Nothing missing at all. The owner is really helpful and kind. He helped us with everything answered all questions. I really have no words to describe how perfect the house is.

Safe, comfortable

This apartment is in a great location, 10 mins from the old town and all the great restaurants. Stavros our host was super helpful and generous both with information and facilities. The apartment itself is very comfortable for four people and the open plan living area was very spacious. We loved the fly screens on all the window (doors) which meant we could have all the doors open both in the living area and the bedrooms. We hope to return to this lovely apartment.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay

UniQApt is absolutely unique! It is located in the city center, but still very, very quiet and light. Each room has a balcony! The lounge offers lovely views of the university. The apartment is very clean, very well-equipped and has two toilets! There are windows in modern bathrooms. This was our fourth visit to the city, we have previously stayed in very well rated apartments, but - believe me- this one was the best. Now for details: the bedrooms are very quiet (the doors between the rooms also ensured silence), beds very comfy, the rooms have good lighting. A lot of things were waiting for us in the fridge: water, fruit, cookies. There was also coffee, tea, sugar, even a drink. We had a lot of fun drinking coffee on the terrace overlooking the lovely university. The apartment is well located, right next to restaurants and good shops (this is the best place for shopping before going back home), but also offices and banks if you are coming on business. The owner recommended us the best restaurants and places to visit. He is kind and helpful. It made our short stay in Corfu town very successful.

Fabulous apartment in great location

Upscale and modern apartment, with everything that we needed Bed was great, linens and towels of quality, kitchen very well set up. Everything seemed brand new. We could walk to the forts and to Liston and to several great restaurants. Parking on the street right in front of the apartment was easy. The host was always available and went above and beyond to help us find a SIM card. When we arrived there was water on the fridge, cookies for the kids and a nice souvenir from Corfu. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Corfu Town.

Ein sehr schönes, renoviertes Apartment nahe der Altstadt Korfu. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Einrichtung sehr gut und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nettes, kleines Gastgeschenk und einige Lebensmittel.

Etwas negativ ist, dass das Haus alt und renovierungsbedürftig ist. Wichtig; das Apartment ist absolut gut. Auf dem Balkon zur Straße ist es vor allem tagsüber ziemlich laut.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Unser Gastgeber Stavros ist ein Schatz und hat uns verwöhnt. Wir haben zwar gesehenViele Tipps haben wir auch von ihm erhalten. Die Wohnung ist der Hammer, mega schöne und komfortable Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort, nach einer Woche wurde die Wohnung komplett gereinigt, ohne dass wir etwas dafür bezahlen mussten. In 10 Minuten waren wir zu Fuss in Corfu OldTown, also sensationelle Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
