Lovely little house very close to Corfu' Old Town

A flower house is a lovely little house very close to Old Town and the bus lines (10 minutes walk). The house is very pretty, has anything you need for a long stay, and it has a great outer space to relax. The wifi works really well, we found any appliance we needed, and there is also a private car space.

The only "bad thing" is that the house is quite close to the airport, so you will hear the planes flying. But that's a problem for any accomodation in the Old Town. We didn't mind anyway, and they stop during the night so you can sleep in peace :)

Romantic cottage with large terrace close to ferry port, town and airport

The flower house is like a cute English cottage in town, a romantic oasis with a very large terrace to relax. Everything was fine: the house is very clean, the kitchen very well equipped and many things were provided. Special thanks for that. The location is very handy. You can even walk there from or to the ferry port (if your luggage is not too heavy for some steps in between ;-). Moreover you can walk into town. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night as we had to take the plane the next day from the airport which is also not too far away as it is located close to town. The family who runs this place also owns a shirt shop in the centre. They are very friendly and the sons speaks very good English. Many thanks for a nice and easy stay before we left & all the best!

Wunderbar geräumiges Ferienhaus in Korfu-Stadt

Ein prächtiges Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Korfu-Stadt. Wir haben uns hier extrem wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment hatte wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen konnte und die Vermietung war extrem hilfsbereit. So stand z.B. gleich ein ganzes 6er-Pack Mineralwasser für uns bereit. Auch der späte Check-in war dank Schlüsselbox völlig problemlos. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, die Terasse sehr gemütlich, das Wohnzimmer ebenfalls und das Bad (mit Regedusche!) perfekt sauber. Das Ferienhaus hat sogar einen Whirlpool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. In die Altstadt ist es ein netter Spaziergang (ca. 1 km), aber man kann auch problemlos den Bus nehmen.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, κοντά στο λιμάνι, με τζακούζι στην αυλή (τα παιδιά μου ξετρελάθηκαν), με πάρκινγκ. Σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της παλιά πόλης. Σεντόνια και πετσέτες καθαρές. Η κυρία Μαρία ευγενική και επειδή το νερο στο νησί δεν πίνεται, μας είχε μια εξάδα νερά!

Υπάρχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα με την αποχέτευση του μπάνιου. Όταν χτυπάς το καζανάκι βγάζει νερό το σιφωνι στο πάτωμα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να μείνεις στο μπάνιο. Το πάτωμα γίνεται χάλια και μεταφέρεις τα νερά του μπάνιου και ότι άλλο βγάζει στο υπόλοιπο σπίτι με τις παντόφλες σου.. Νομίζω χρήζει άμεσης επισκευής!
