Friendly staff. Clean. Beautiful.

Lots of different noises. Load AC, load fridge, can hear shower from other room.

It's in a good location, clean, I got upgraded to a room with double bed, the staff lady was helpful, there were good nightshades.

It's got a weird quiet about the place - it feels like I was the only person there, the hotel common areas and my room was very hot - I did use aircon in my room and that cooled the temperature down but common areas are not being cooled down and it feels stuffy. The aircon was rather loud and I could only sleep with airplugs. The water from the shower runs all over bathroom floor. There was no spoon for tea/coffee. The TV only has channels in Georgian language, behind the bed there was some rubbish from refurbishment I assume. The plugs and switches are not well planned - for example to switch the light off you have to go to the door. There was an issue with water temperature - cold water took a long time to run, it would first come out warm. Also, the area feels a bit quiet and unsafe. Overall, at first glance it appears like a 4* hotel but it is lacking in small details so it definitely doesn't feel like a 4*.

High ceilings, neatly made bed, nice balcony

Shower was almost dead, also water was barely warm. Please, fix it before the next guest. Also, I could use a harder mattress, but it's a matter of preference)

The area doesn’t seem safe. Someone stole the sun guard for my rent a car. I tried to report to the resort and request for a video coverage if available. They don’t respond at all.
