Villa Kardwell

This is one of those places that you remember after leaving. The garden is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and full of character, but what really made my stay special was the wonderful family running the place. A special thank you to Ekaterina for all her help and kindness, to her father for the lovely conversations and generous treats, and to her mother for the amazing homemade cookies. They made me feel genuinely welcome. I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily come back. If you’re looking for a beautiful garden, a peaceful atmosphere, and genuinely kind people, I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were very kind and welcoming, the house was comfortable and well-kept, and the yard was beautiful – perfect for relaxing. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Samegrelo, which is such a wonderful part of Georgia to explore. I truly enjoyed my time and would definitely come back!

Villa Kardwell is a family house with wonderful family. They greated us warmly with apples from the garden. They told us about the house, which was built by the owner's grandparents decades ago. The daughter Catherina speaks fluent english and gave us many recommendations around Martvili. The rooms and bathroom are extremely clean. The garden has some hammocks, a well and planty of space to hang out. There's a fully equiped kitchen to use, a washing machine and great AC. They even gave us nice breakfast, which they refused to take money for! Around the area you can visit some nice sites. I highly recommend staying here, it's a great opportunity to meet wonderful and most highly hospitalitable people! ❤️❤️❤️

There are shared bathrooms, which of course we knew about in advance, yet highly maintained and very very clean.
