Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend ! Es ist keine "europäisches Frühstück" - aber der Frühstücksraum (ein Cafe) ist sehr schön und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The hotel kindly upgraded my economy room to a standard room free of charge, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, the location was excellent and close to the city center, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
