The nearest beach, Pont Café, is less than 250 m, that of Corps de Garde is less than 400 meters ... A local shop is nearby (250 m), the charming fishing village of Sainte Luce is 1.5 km away.
Sainte Luce is located near the national road linking North to South Martinique. It is a very good situation to visit all of Martinique.
The villa
Spread over 2 levels, the villa of approximately 220m² proposed by Antilles Exception is decorated with care and refinement.

The lower level includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen size double beds and en suite shower rooms
- 1 kitchen with central island, modern and very well equipped
- 1 living room open on the terrace furnished with sofas, coffee table and television
In front of the living room, the shaded terrace hosts an outdoor lounge and a dining area with table and chairs ... and always the view of the sea and the rock of the Diamond. The secured swimming pool will allow you to cool off after perfecting your tan on the pool chairs!
