About this house rental
Designed for 10 people. 5 air conditioned bedrooms + 5 bathrooms:
Ch 1: 160x190 bed.
Ch 2: 140x190 bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 beds 0. 90x200 + bathroom: disabled mobility standards
Ch 4: 2 beds of 0. 90 x 190
Ch5: 1 bed 140 x 190
House layout: The main house extends over two levels.
* On the ground floor:
- An accessible entrance for the disabled, with a flat screen TV lounge, stereo, phone, desk, internet outlet.
- 3 bedrooms, including one handicapped accessible. All air conditioned, with large closets and wardrobes, internet connection. Each has a private bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, closet and wall hairdryer.
- The kitchen opens onto the terrace through a hatch and the sea through windows that allow you to cook while participating in the life of the house. It is equipped with a gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes for 12 people, table and kitchen linen.
- A very large terrace of 50m2 facing the sea with a living room, and dining room. This large room open to the sea is truly the heart of the home.
* On the ground floor sea:
- The 4 ° room widely open to the sea with 2 beds 0. 90 x 190, large closet and wardrobe, internet connection, air conditioning.
- A complete bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet sink, storage, hair dryer
- A laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron, iron and ironing board and a freezer.

* In the garden, the pretty bungalow houses the 5th bedroom of the house and its bathroom. It will seduce you with its quiet and elegant entrance with 2 closets, bed 140x190, bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower, hairdryer and wall cupboards.
The linen and towels are provided. It is renewed every week.
A pedestrian path leads to the secured pool area (4m x 3m, depth 1,50m) and to a large white sand beach.
Protective barriers and gates with child safety locks, outdoor shower, footbath, and independent toilets complete our pool also called "Punch Box".
In front of the beach, a carbet awaits you to relax by drinking your ti-punch, take a nap in the hammock, or dinner at night near the water.
The whole property offers large spaces, where everyone can live their holidays at their own pace and according to their desires.
Makata Blue is suitable for families of several generations: reading area in the shade, space in the sun for sunbathing, relaxing by the pool, sea bathing at any time ... and children playing in the garden safely.
From the end of our beach you can follow the coastal path on 3.5 km which leads near the village of Sainte Luce. Beautiful shady path for sports, and walkers. Do not forget jersey and camera, because the small coves are all nice for swimming stops.
A project of the State is being studied to extend this path which would pass in front of the houses of our district.

Wonderful location by the ocean and very close to beach (not right at beach as it appears in listing) 3 minute walk. Safe area, a restaurant within walking distance and many a short drive away within 5-10minutes. Bbq is charcoal (none provided) cheap to buy and lasted us the week. Oven works well but stove top burners not very warm. Spacious area, convenient having a bathroom for each room. Property manager very responsive. Beach towels available for rental fee. Place to park 2 vehicles. Ideal for travelling with young family. Pool is small but perfect for young children or a few adults. Would go again and enjoyed our stay.

The property was a wonderful place for our group of 4 couples to come and relax! The house is well stocked. The beach is a great spot to cool off. A short one minute walk along the beach towards town was a great snorkelling location. We saw a big variety of fish. There is lots of walking traffic in front of the property because a walking trail runs along the front but everyone was very respectful.
We were able to travel to many parts of the island with our rental car. The town close by has many restaurants and shops. After travelling around the island we found this location to be the best.
Jean Paul was great to deal with and even had an English speaking friend to help with communication for us.

It was VERY relaxing to not have to get in the car to go to the beach or to eat out. There is a small but decent grocery store a five minute drive away, and a larger one 10 minutes away. Everything you need is provided at the house. There are five bedrooms, three of which appear to have beds that can either be put together as a big queen, or separated as twins. Clarify with the management on this up front, as they charge by the room. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It's a wonderful family or large group vacation home.
