Leave your worries behind in these spacious and serene accommodations. PGJyPg Kaz Lavibèl is a contemporary Creole villa designed to offer a bright, comfortable, and sea-facing stay for six people. From the moment you enter, the large living room captivates with its generous proportions and its bay window that opens onto the terrace, the pool, and the deep blue of the Caribbean. Natural light floods the space from morning to night, creating a soft and soothing atmosphere. The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each tastefully decorated in a chic Creole style that blends natural materials with modern touches. The master suite has its own bathroom, while a second, spacious and functional bathroom serves the other bedrooms. There are two separate toilets, one on the first floor and the other upstairs. Everything has been designed to guarantee privacy and comfort for every guest. The heart of the house is undoubtedly its living space: a welcoming lounge equipped with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi access, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen for easy meal preparation. This interior space extends naturally outdoors, where an 8x4m swimming pool awaits, perfect for cooling off at any time of day. From the terrace, the view of the Caribbean Sea offers a constant spectacle: shades of blue, an unobstructed horizon, gentle trade winds… An ideal setting to enjoy breakfast in the sun, a moment of relaxation, or an aperitif at sunset. Ty Kaz Karaïb is a new Creole house designed to offer comfort, light, and a relaxed lifestyle. Living space:
The main room is bright and opens widely onto the terrace through a 3-meter bay window. It includes a comfortable living area with smart TV and Wi-Fi, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen for easily preparing meals and breakfasts. Kitchen: Open-plan, user-friendly, and practical kitchen: oven, induction hob, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, capsule espresso machine, toaster, and kettle. Bedrooms: The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with two large wardrobes and quality bedding. One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and the other has two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed. Bed linen provided. The bathroom: Vanity unit with sink, storage and illuminated mirror, WC. Towels provided. PGJyPg PGJyPg Outdoor Terrace: A 20 m² outdoor terrace equipped with a griddle, a dining area for 4 people, garden furniture, and 2 deck chairs. PGJyPg A 3x2.5 m "punch bowl" pool with a bench for enjoying punch in complete relaxation. 🌊🍹 PGJyPg A 100 m² landscaped Caribbean garden with outdoor lighting, enclosed by a fence. 🌺 PGJyPg The property is enclosed by a large gate. Parking is available in a private lot, but access is difficult, typical of the Martinique highlands. If you are not comfortable with parking, you have the option of parking in front of the property.
