This villa proposed by Antilles Exception is located in the quiet and residential area of Pont Cafe on the commune of Sainte Luce in the south of Martinique. The nearest beach, Pont Café, is less than 250 m, that of Corps de Garde is less than 400 meters ... A local shop is nearby (250 m), the charming fishing village of Sainte Luce is 1.5 km away.
Sainte Luce is located near the national road linking North to South Martinique. It is a very good situation to visit all of Martinique.
The villa
Spread over 2 levels, this villa of approximately 220m² proposed by Antilles Exception is decorated with care and refinement.
The upper level includes:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size double bed and private shower room
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and private shower room
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds and private shower room
- 1 small lounge, reading area
- 1 large terrace with outdoor lounge enjoying a magnificent view of the sea, the Diamond Rock and the Morne Larcher. The sunsets are exceptional!
The lower level includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen size double beds and en suite shower rooms
- 1 kitchen with central island, modern and very well equipped
- 1 living room open on the terrace furnished with sofas, coffee table and television
In front of the living room, the shaded terrace hosts an outdoor lounge and a dining area with table and chairs ... and always the view of the sea and the rock of the Diamond. The secured swimming pool will allow you to cool off after perfecting your tan on the pool chairs!

Nous souhaitons vivement vous remercier car nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans votre belle île.
Cette villa est magnifique, très bien située, très bien entretenue et équipée avec du matériel de qualité.
Nous n'avons eu aucune surprise, tout correspondait par rapport aux photos du site (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas bien souvent il y a des surprises !!!..)
Un grand merci également à Saly qui nous a reçus à notre arrivée et qui fait part d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une gentillesse remarquable.
Bravo à tous, nous parlerons de notre expérience et si nous devions revenir nous ne manquerons pas de vous contacter à nouveau.
