Located in the south of Martinique, in Sainte-Luce, this superb villa offers you an exceptional setting for a stay marked by relaxation and nature.
Its location is a real asset: at only 250 m from Pont Café beach and 900 m from Corps de Garde beach, you can swim in turquoise waters and enjoy magnificent sunsets there. Between the Caribbean Sea and turquoise lagoons, you enjoy a unique setting in the heart of the Caribbean.
A few minutes' drive away, you can easily reach the centre of Sainte-Luce, its restaurants and shops to alternate between absolute calm and activities.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the house can accommodate up to 10 travellers.
Spread over 2 levels, this villa of approximately 220m² is decorated with care and refinement.
The lower level includes:
A pleasant lounge area, equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. You will also find an open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge and fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher), which provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster as well as **a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee machine** are also at your disposal.
On the sleeping side, you will find two bedrooms equipped with **queen size beds (160/200)**, each with its own private shower room.
The upper level includes:
A small lounge, perfect for your reading moments, as well as a large terrace with sun loungers to admire the magnificent view of the sea, Diamond Rock and Morne Larcher.
On the night side, you will find 1 bedroom equipped with queen size beds (160/200), 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed (140/190) and a bedroom equipped with two single beds (90/190) each with its own private shower room.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will enjoy a salt-water pool secured by a submerged alarm, as well as a large shaded terrace allowing you to enjoy a good barbecue at the table, or have a drink whilst appreciating the pleasant garden furniture. Around the pool, sun loungers are available to perfect your tan.
For even greater comfort, the following are also available to you:
- Household linen provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels) with a change of sheets for stays of 10 nights or more

Nous souhaitons vivement vous remercier car nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans votre belle île.
Cette villa est magnifique, très bien située, très bien entretenue et équipée avec du matériel de qualité.
Nous n'avons eu aucune surprise, tout correspondait par rapport aux photos du site (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas bien souvent il y a des surprises !!!..)
Un grand merci également à Saly qui nous a reçus à notre arrivée et qui fait part d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une gentillesse remarquable.
Bravo à tous, nous parlerons de notre expérience et si nous devions revenir nous ne manquerons pas de vous contacter à nouveau.
