The apartment was modern and very spacious for two couples. It's also only a 15 min walk to the harbour. The hosts sent us over some great restaurant/beach/local recommendations which were fantastic. The apartment was also cleaned halfway through our stay which was lovely. Having the heated pool in the garden was also superb. The hosts were communicative and friendly overall and the bottle of wine on arrival was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
We felt a little rushed out on the morning of our check-out. Check-out is usually at 11am but we were messaged asking when we would be leaving due to another party arriving. I said we could check-out between 10-10:30 but before 10am someone was already in the garden area cleaning the pool as we were packing.

Michalis was an absolutely fantastic host, superb communication and really looked after us arranging airport transfers, recommendations for restaurants and where to get our covid tests.
The accomodation is as good as the pictures, spacious and comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. The welcome wine was a nice touch
We came away for My husband's birthday and Michalis and Eleftheria bought my husband the most amazing chocolate birthday cake and wine. What a wonderful gesture.
The apartment is located in the residential area, so is
very quiet. Bars are close by along the waterfront and the harbour and Old Town are only a mile away. We would recommend taking the slightly longer walk along the waterfront.
It was a shame the pool didn't get sun, but not a big issue as there are beaches around the area

Recommendations by host were great. We were able to check very early despite checking in wasn't until 4:00 pm. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again whenever I return to chania. Te pivate pool was amazing (heated pool) Absolutely fantastic stay in the Center of Chania short walk to old Town and all attractions. Cleanliness was superb and the the bottle of local wine upon our arrival was great. Attention to detail beach towels umbrellas did I mention there's also a washer. Excellent stay Michael are great hosts.
