Perfekte Unterkunft

Apartment war sauber, modern und alle notwendigen Gegenstände, welche man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht, waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Tagesausflüge nach Florenz und Pisa sind problemlos möglich. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man mit Auto in La Spezia, von wo aus man die Dörfer der Cinque Terre mit Zug entdecken kann. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat zudem perfekt geklappt und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Preis/Leistung Top!

Un séjour parfait !

Logement parfait, d’une grande propreté, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle) ainsi qu’un assortiment d’épiceries de base. La literie était confortable. Nous avons été accueillis par Anna, qui est d’une grande gentillesse, avec un beau cadeau qui nous attendait au frigo. À dix-quinze minutes en voiture de la gare de la Spezia. Le garage pour se garer était un gros plus.

À savoir : les stores laissent passer la lumière, en particulier dans la chambre des enfants, cela peut être un problème pour les personnes aimant dormir dans une grande pénombre.

Ten minutes drive from La Spezia. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped, we really felt at home there. It seems that the owner thought of every small detail, what made our stay really convenient and warm. Washing Machine, dishwasher, spices for cooking etc- everything you can think of- its there. The area was very quiet in the evening and morning, so it’s really nice to sit outside in the blacony. The owner, Anna Silvia, was very welcoming and nice.

Water pressure in shower was low.

Extremely comfortable and nice

Very clean and modern decorated apartment with all the confort you need away from home. The owner provided us with all the useful information about the tourist attractions. We followed her instructions to the letter and could not be happier with this choice - we got to enjoy the best spots in cinque terre, eat at a great restaurant with a magnificent view over the bay and visit one of the seaside gems in Porto Venere. The property was a short drive to all the attractions and at the same time in a quiet area that lets you relax and recharge for the next day. Forgot to mention that we also had parking in a garage for our car, this is really rare in Italy where everyone parks on the street.
