It looked lovely and was very spacious. It was in a good location also..
The hotel was nice and comfortable however the bedspread had marks on it that looked like they had not cleaned it since last person stayed.
I specifically asked for an earlier check in and was told I would be prioritised as check in was from 3pm. We arrived at 9am. I was then told they would call me as soon as room was ready. This didn’t happen and on returning at 255pm other guests were checking in who had just arrived while we waited again.
Limited amount of bottled water and tea and coffee which they were careful when replacing and when we asked for more they were not happy about this.
Staff were lovely (those that were dealing with guests) however there seemed to be a number of staff just stood supervising rather than helping.
Bar area lovely but be aware 2 glass of wine although late was €32.
