The location is fabulous!

Perfect location and view to die for.
Nice and clean.
Double bed in main bedroom too small feet hanging over the end.
No fans-very hot at times and no air conditioning or fans. Fans would be adequate for airflow.
No wifi.
Some unusual small tile steps which make it easy to trip up going into the bathroom or onto the verandah and main bedroom so had to be mindful.

The unit had musty smell.
The kitchen cupboards had a horrible old musty smell and 4 dead cockroaches under the kitchen sink.
The screens in the bathroom needed a good clean and dust along skirting boards.
It could have been cleaner.
The musty old smell.
Having to be responsible for putting the garbage out.
And the nosey neighbour.
My car didn’t fit in the parking spot.
The bins aren’t clearly marked with unit numbers, unsure which was number 3s bins
