Location was great and the house was really good..
The only thing I can only really nit pick about was the 1 ply toilet paper. Everything else was great.

The location was ideal being right across from the lake. Low cost for where its was located. Kitchen stocked with many appliances and useful items.
The bathroom could use an update and also supply of bath mat or no slip tiles would be beneficial. No bedside lamps. No handrail on front steps.
