Great location and other residents were really good. Unit was all we needed as we spent most of the time at the beach.

Very nice location, very quiet. A little disappointed with the outdoor cushions which were a bit grubby. Unit adequate but needs refurbishing. Cleanliness was not great, floors were gritty. Nonetheless, a very nice week in a perfect location

Outdoor setting rusted and not safe to sit on better to remove it . Inside a bit cluttered and dated.
