Great location and really friendly family who run this homestay. The breakfast was made fresh each morning and was delicious. The facilities we simple, but clean and comfortable (and the AC cool - it was very hot outside!). Rooms were quiet and comfy. We'd happily stay again.

Great location, right near the night market and riverfront area. Short walk from everything Hoi An has to offer. Staff were pleasant and largely stayed out of the way. The bed was comfortable, room was air conditioned and the shower was nice and modern.
I stayed in the top floor king room so had many stairs to climb and it got a little hot in the room while I was away so took a little time to cool it down after returning for the night.

Just ok, not the usual homestay experience in Vietnam. Quite impersonal and a bit like a flat business. Get in get out vibe but clean, aircon works well and a good location. Also no breakfast even though I paid and when I asked I was just ignored.
