Appartment has central location indeed and everything (store, restaurants, open market, promenade, plage and free parking) was at most 10 min away. It is well equipped and with AC but on sunny side of building and next to the street with some heavy trafic, we did not mind so much for our short stay (with closed windows it was not to noisy) Very nice and polite host and we would gladly recommend this studio for longer stay.

Great Stay in Saint-Raphael.
The studio was roomy & comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Carine was fantastic & helped make our stay great - even went out of her way to find us parking. It was a perfect conclusion to our vacation.

Great time , central location , perfect for quick break
Romain the owner is the owner of the property and also owns the great boulangerie on the ground floor . We had the studio apartment which worked very well for us . My best friend surprised us by arriving and renting the bigger apartment ( duplex) upstairs which is excellent great size two bedrooms etc . I loved the area 10 minutes to the beach , ten minutes to train station and also bus station so you can take buses along the coast to St Tropez and other resorts very cheaply . We stayed a week and the weather was great too . Thanks Romain !
