On the 1st floor, facing South/West with harbor and sea view, this accommodation is composed of a living room (sofa bed 140x190) giving access to a large corner terrace with garden furniture, an independent kitchen (vitroceramic hob 2 burners, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) also giving access to the terrace, a bathroom with a large shower and a an independent WC. TV, WIFI, Air Conditioner, Private parking in the basement, Swimming pool.
