Hop in the car for easy drives to Kennebunkport 10 miles northeast.
An ideal space for a small family, this spacious condo will welcome you back from the beach with a homey ambience, which includes a well-stocked kitchen with standard appliances. Plug your phone into the sound dock as you sip cold drinks on the patio, grab a magazine on your way to the heated outdoor pool, and pick up some local seafood to cook on the community grill each evening. Back in your condo, you can snuggle up with your loved ones and watch DVDs on the TV.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Per the HOA, no trailers of any kind are permitted on this property.
The pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., weather permitting.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

These two rooms were two of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. Having two bathrooms was lovely and the beach equipment provided was an added bonus! The pool was also immaculate! We will be looking to come back to this property next year.

This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook this place if it’s available.

Cute condo, has everything you need for a beach day!

booking and check in went great, with minimal effort.
The property was not clean. Shower curtain was stained. Pull out sofa had crumbs all over it and some sort of liquid spilled straight through the bedding. We had to clean and disinfect areas including kitchen table which had something sticky on it.
No usable television. We called the number to get resolution. # of times and never received a response.
