We have renovated again! With a brand new kitchen and bathroom and with the addition of a washer/dryer, this condo offers a great location very close to the beach along with a cozy interior and a beautiful view.
Condo features two bedrooms and one bathroom to accommodate your family/friends.

Surrounded by classic Wells shops, food, and entertainment. Our condo is not only steps to the beach but also to a grocery store, the trolley stop, a movie theater, Congdon’s donut shop, Billy's Chowder House, Batson River, Walgreens, CVS, and much more!

Our stay was fantastic! The property was clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect—near the beach and close to great restaurants. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, beachside retreat in Wells. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property that had nearly everything we needed. Did not have beach chairs. The description said it was on the beach but we were actually a mile from the beach. It was an easy drive but parking was very difficult. Overall, I would absolutely stay again. I would just plan better.
