The place was perfect for my family. At the quiet end of the island, but close to all of the entertainment at the piers. The beach access is just across the road and Fort Fisher is a 10 minute walk. Accommodations for 5 were comfortable and roomy; the front deck is perfect for watching the sunrise and the parking area below the house is private and great for grilling and relaxing.Communication with host was excellent; check in and check out smooth and no problems with the facilities.

The house was decorated as if it was someone's home. The kitchen had everything i needed and then some. For example, there were 3 different sets of 8 plates! The table was for 8 with plenty of elbow room. The living area could seat all of us. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer were full size. The beds were all comfortable. The house is located right across the street from the public access for the beach. If you're looking for nightlife, you have a ways to go. If you're looking to unwind and reconnect with family, it's a perfect place.

Homeowner takes terrific care of their property! Exceptionally clean home is well-maintained with a lot of details taken care of for their guests. Home is spacious with 3 bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms; large, open living room/kitchen/dining room; and lovely deck. Ocean and public access beachfront is just across the street. We will return!
