Loved the quick walk to the beach. Didn’t love the wear on some soft items; the couch cushions needed removed and washed, about half the bedroom pillows could use replacements just from wear I believe and the kitchen would be great if it has any kind of Tupperware or storage pieces as all to make taking snacks, fruit, food out to the beach more manageable.

Overall the house is wonderful. Lots of great space, we only used the master bedroom, but that bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had good ammenities. We had some minor issues during our month long stay, but the property manager and home owner were very responsive and communicative and fixed all the issues above and beyond. Definitely a great place to stay.

We booked last minute, so we did not have a lot of choice. The location of this house was great- a quick easy walk to the beach! We loved walking on the beach, and Kiawah island is natural and beautiful! This home desperately needs to remove rugs, curtains, and sofa:etc.- these seemed to be dirty and stained, causing the house to smell! If they redid flooring, and replaced the fabric furniture, this'd would make this a much more desirable rental! Also, fig rental company did not provide coffee and there is no luring - bring your own. Suffered without coffee!!
