FULLY EQUIPED WITH A/C, in a 18th century building, ULTRA MODERN 1 bedroom apartment, 40 sqm – 430 sqf. Fifth floor with a lift/elevator, view on Paris rooftops with balconies facing west.
The entrance hall gives access to :
- Bathroom with a bathtub / shower, toilet and washing machine.
- Kitchen with fridge and freezer, dish washer, top induction stove, small traditionnal oven and microwave oven.
- Bedroom with a queen size bed and storage - acess to balcony - Electrical outside curtains -
Between Bedroom and living room slidding doors for privacy.
- Living room has a sofa bed for 1 guest , 2 comfortable armchairs - coffee table and a working space with chair and excellent internet connection. Finally a TV set with satellite. Acess to balcony - Electrical outside curtains -
This apartment is a perfect « pied-à-terre « for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Tuileries gardens and orangerie museum, Seine river, Louvre and Orsays museums, Opera House, Saint-Louis island, Notre-Dame and City island, Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-des Près…..

We wouldn't change a thing about our stay at this flat. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Paulo made the check in process easy, explained everything and even took us on a quick walk around the neighborhood to familiarize us with everything the neighborhood has to offer. The location of this flat could not be better. It is a very short walk to theTuileries and Louvre. The metro station is very close and there are many cafes, bakeries and brasseries within a short walk. In spite of its proximity to everything, the street is very quiet. We will definitely recommend this to friends and will stay again on our next visit to Paris.

This apartment was the perfect place for our 6 day trip to Paris! It is central to almost everything, and it has a great view from the balcony of the Tuileries Garden. It is a great space for a small group. It has AC as well as blackout window shades that make for great sleep! Louis was extremely accommodating and helpful leading up to the trip as well as upon arrival! He let us check-in early and went above and beyond in answering all of our questions! I would definitely stay here again:)

Louis was very attentive and communicative about every detail of this property. The location is close to all of the highlights of Paris in the 1st addrondismont. Very comfortable stay.
