About this house rental
Dom'e Pedra (stone house) is located in the historic center of Baunei, a town that preserves the magic of authentic Sardinian culture and the most ancient traditions. The house has been recently renovated trying to reconcile the Sardinian art of ornaments with the comfort of modernity. Dom'e Pedra with its stone walls, the wood of the doors, the juniper beams, the antique furniture and the colorful flowers will certainly win you over. At the entrance you will find the living room with a fireplace and an equipped and functional kitchenette; the stairs will lead you to the two double bedrooms located one on the first and one on the second floor. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with a large shower. On the second floor there is also a small terrace with table and chairs.
The rooms are equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. The house is also equipped with a microwave with grill, water boiler, toaster, iron and ironing board and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Wifi throughout the house. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price. The consumption of water and electricity are included in the price except for a daily supplement of €. 5.00 for the use of heat pumps.

We were two retired couples staying at the end of October 2025. The accommodation was charming and clean with an old world vibe - very good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. The house is close to the center of town, easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and gelaterias. Our requests for information or supplies was promptly met by Graziella. One thing to note is that this is an old home and the floors are very thin, so noise travels easily. We loved our stay in Baunei and I would highly recommend this location.

We were so sad to leave this lovely house in Baunei. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was charming, comfy, and the AC worked beautifully to keep us cool. Cristine and Graziella were wonderful hosts who helped us book local dinner reservations, gave us tips on things to do in the neighborhood, and provided helpful proactive reminders.
