It was a very nice and updated location; the staff was very nice even though I was coming in late due to a rental car issue. Most rental car companies do not rent without a international driver's license now. It is further from the beaches but you can rent a boat or get on a tour at Arbatax.

The place feels very cozy and welcoming, clean and new. Stunning view and at the heart of the town.
Fresh food and local produces served for breakfast make for a super relaxing experience
Staff is very responsive and cordial.

Great place very clean and amazing breakfast. Just a bit tricky to find a parking space sometimes but we managed.
