Brilliant location, close to the city center by walking, easy street parking 100 m in front, the duplex style of the house with the bedroom on the ground floor and living area with kitchenette on the first, unique style of house we lived in first time. Very helpful host. Easy check-in and checkout through lockbox.
We had some minor problems with the kitchen amenities like the chimney light and the cooking stove not turning on initially but they were addressed the next day. Also, written instructions for waste management was missing which could be valuable information for non-Italian tourists so that they don't mix-up.

The appartmanet was very stylish, clean and nice. The distance from the city center is just 5-6 min walking. We were a bit afraid if someone would ve waiting for us to open the door as our flight in Cagliari was very late in the evening but they system they use for opening the door was very original and secure I would say.
The only little thing was the air conditioning that was not working properly but in the room downstairs we didn't need it at all.
