Appartement bien équipé, place de parc juste en face, chauffage parfait, belle vue sur les montagnes.
Les lits superposés de la petite chambre ne sont pas adaptés pour deux adultes, les matelas sont bons, mais le lit bouge énormément.
La deuxième nuit quelqu'un a dormi sur le canapé lit du salon et c'était mieux.

Questi sono stati tra i migliori appartamenti in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante il nostro viaggio in Sardegna. Molto accoglienti, perfettamente puliti e con un comfort che fa sentire come a casa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario – elettrodomestici e stoviglie per cucinare con piacere.
Comodo anche il parcheggio proprio davanti alla casa.
Ma la cosa più magica è la vista che si apre dalle finestre della camera da letto e dall’ampia terrazza. È lì che, con una tazza di caffè, accoglievamo l’alba e salutavamo il tramonto. La terrazza sembra fatta apposta per ammirare la splendida panoramica delle montagne e della valle – senza esagerare, il miglior punto panoramico di Baunei.
Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, il signor Raffaele. Siamo arrivati tardi la sera e lui ci ha accolto con calore e gentilezza, spiegandoci nei dettagli le attrazioni locali, i negozi, i ristoranti e tante altre informazioni utili. Ci aspettava anche una piacevole sorpresa: dei croissant, caffè, tè, acqua e una bottiglia di ottimo vino fatto in casa – un gesto generoso e sincero da parte dell’ospite.
Siamo immensamente felici di averlo conosciuto! Abbiamo conservato i ricordi più belli e calorosi della nostra vacanza a Baunei. Raccomandiamo vivamente questi appartamenti a tutti i viaggiatori e torneremo sicuramente quando saremo di nuovo in Sardegna.

It was super clean, we have never seen cleaner place. Great kitchen with all you would need, overall the apartment had everything as somebody would live there - it would be great also for longer stays. Beautiful terrace for breakfasts and dinners, air conditioning really helpful during the summer days. Parking just outside the apartment along the road, with no other cars, so comfortable.

Il y avait deux chambres dans l'annonce mais quand on est arrivé, une des chambres était barré. Il a fallu payer 80 euros pour l'obtenir. Je voyage depuis plus de 11 années avec Airbnb et booking et c'est la première fois que cela a arrivé.
